1.      How often should I publish the e-newsletter service that comes with the package? 

  We recommend once a month.

2. Where does the content come from?

You provide the content for the e-newsletter, companion blog and companion mini-site. It's up to you to decide how long it should be and what it should include. All you have to do is upload it with Microsoft Word. No special programming or HTML skills required! 

3. Does the fitness center need to have any special technology set up? 

No, none is required. We will host and distribute your e-newsletter, companion blog and companion mini-site for you.   

4. Do you provide training and support?

Loyalty Lifter is very easy and intuitive to use. However, we can provide both one-on-one training and support, as well as access to a self-help tutorial.  

5. Can the templates be changed? 

Yes, all three templates are easily changed should you decide you want to adjust your layout, topics, or content.  

6. How much does Loyalty Lifter cost? 

Just $350 a month! Including our cool, new calendering tool.  

7. How long does it take to get started?
